"IMO Dunkin Donuts in general has gone downhill in the last few years. Corporate decided to tell the franchises how to run their business and made it so the Dunkin donuts that actually cared can't show that anymore to their customers! This dunkin' donuts in particular the servers don't know how to take orders and when you point out that they got the order completely wrong after they repeated it back to you they give you attitude!"

"This dunkins is horrible. Mainly due to the people working there. One seems heavy on who knows what and mumbles under her breath about the burden of having 4 people in line. Hello? You work at Dunkins. And the woman at the drive thru who acts as if she is in charge is incredibly rude."

"Horrible customer service - the drive thru person had such an attitude- if you don’t want people to ask a question don’t work in customer service. Find another job. Coffee was not made correctly - whoever that is that works on Sunday morning should do something else. Soooo rude!!!!!"

"Stopped by for a breakfast run, and the experience was extremely disappointed. The harsh brown was frozen cold in the center, and the worst with the turkey egg and cheese sandwich- burnt charcoal. I understand that the harsh brown was undercooked, but the sandwich is literally burnt black. And still serve to the customer?!?! This is ruined my day"
