"This Dunkin Donuts is located at the Alewife Train Station on the bottom floor. Food and service were delicious and very pleasant! However the stop before Dunkins I couldn't do anything but notice a guy standing inside the building, facing out towards the public such as myself as he vomited - just what everyone wants to see before buying something to eat and drink. The location of this Dunkins is both convenient, yet has a dirty feel to it due to the building it's located in. Typically closes at 8pm. Not sure about weekends."
"One of the female workers just accused me of not paying when initially my card wasn’t working, I then stood aside and loaded money back in to my card, got back in line to re-order and repay but a man had checked me out this time and when I went to wait for my food , the female worker who initially was checking me out gives me the food and goes “but you didn’t pay”. Very horrible customer service experience. LEARN HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE!!"
