"The service is amazing, and I admire the employees for being so amicable despite how overwhelmed it can get during rushes. I've never experienced any issues, and they regularly make conversation with me and are all-around great people. Only leaving the 1 star because they aren't allowed to accept tips."

"Terrible customer service the guy working 7/8 at 10:30am he was alone but still should not be making coffee for people. First I asked for sweet cream foam on my coffee he said that would cause bacteria and refused to make it when EVERY OTHER Starbucks I’ve been too has done it for me graciously. Then I asked for caramel drizzle and of course got syrup and when I asked him about it he said I put it in there already as I wanted it on the top he proceeded to add the cap and continue with his terrible service. Also no bagels ???? WORST COFFEE AND IT WAS EXTREMELY HOT PAST THE TEMP THAT IT SHOULD BE !!! And I never got a receipt nor was I asked if I wanted one. He shouldn’t be the presence of Starbucks because you lost me as a customer here I won’t ever return to meet with someone so incompetent again! And the people who work at Pizza Hut when they’re actually open are rude everyone here is rude and I will take this to both corporates because if I have to spend $6 on a coffee if I can’t get decent service Barr minimum a coffee that taste well."

"I wish this wasn’t the closes Starbucks to me. This place is the worst!!! Every time I come they never have the ingredient that is needed to make my drink. They are very rude. Every time I go there it’s always some bull. I asked for a venti ice black coffee no ice they filled the cup a lil above half way, which has never happened. But im like okay it’s because it doesn’t have ice they don’t wanna give me extra coffee, whatever. But it’s things like that that is unnecessary give me what I paid for you guys aren’t cheap to begin with! I’ll rather take the drive to Brockton or Braintree which is sad!"

"Let me just preface this by saying I have a lot of empathy for people working in the service industry. I've worked in customer service for years. I understand that sometimes workers have bad days and I usually let a lot of stuff slide. So, it takes a lot to get me to a point where I'm writing a one star review. Went in this afternoon to get a coffee while I was on break from working a double shift. When I was finally helped and not being ignored, I got so much attitude from the woman working. I was so appalled. She made my drink wrong and I apologetically asked for the drink I ordered. She got so angry at me! I even offered to pay for a second one because I felt so uncomfortable. When I did get my drink it tasted off, completely undrinkable. I threw it out after one sip. I don't even care so much about the coffee, but the way the lady there treated me was horrendous and honestly embarrassing! I wish I read the reviews before going in because other people have obviously interacted with this same barista."
