"I've been going to heavenly donuts every weekend for quite some time. Today was the last time. I ordered a breakfast wrap that was less than half the size I normally get. So I went back from my house to return the unacceptable food. The unkempt looking manager was smug and rude about my return. Didn't offer anything for my inconvenience and sheepishly refunded my money. Horrible customer service and poor behavior for their brand. This is an opportunity for improvement because you have to do better to retain guests."

"I love donuts and was excited to finally try Heav’nly. Wow I was so disappointed. Slightly better than Dunkin which is petty awful. These are probably much better when they are fresh but my donuts were not fresh. Chocolate glazed and honey dipped donuts were dry - like they have been sitting out for atleast 12-15 hours. These were probably made the night before. Chocolate covering is thin and inconsistently applied. Ordered a muffin and breakfast sandwich and they were both very good. Iced coffee was good too. Service was prompt and friendly. Sandwich was made in about two minutes. Won’t be coming back - there are just too many other great donuts shops in the area."
