"I came to enjoy afternoon coffee with some quite Monday afternoon atmosphere which I enjoy generally in cafe Nero on weekdays. However, The barista not only present negative attitude when I asked for my Americano in a regular cup but also dropped the hot coffee cup aggressively on the checking out table after (even though) I requested it before he used the paper cup. This, coupled with the oversight of not asking for takeout or dine-in preference, highlights the need for better customer service training at this Cafe Nero location."

"I want to start by saying the *employees* are always very friendly and do an excellent job, but like many places these days, the person who actually runs the business seems to have absolutely no idea what they're doing. Any time I come in the music is so loud it feels like there's a literal orchestra performing in the middle of the cafe. I asked one day to have the music turned down because, you know, I don't want to feel like the first chair of the Philharmonic is leaning over my shoulder playing Beethoven's 5th while I'm trying to enjoy my coffee. I was told they can't because it's company policy and the *owner* (surprise) doesn't want people staying here too long, so they subject their employees and customers to unbearably loud noise. Mission accomplished. You don't care about my comfort, I don't care about your business. I'll go over to Tatte where they have better coffee and actually want customers... Amazing how the owner of a Cafe doesn't know how cafes work"

"Love coming here! Though they tend to be short-staffed, the staff they do have are helpful and friendly. Lots of seating but since it's a great place to do work or chat with friends, it can be difficult to snag a seat. Personally I find their pastries/food to be just OK, but I love their drinks. Decent pricing too."

"A nice coffee place with warm decor. You’ll find a lot of people engrossed within their laptops. The vanilla latte was wonderful and I also relished the almond cream cake too. Quiet cozy spot to sit, focus and get some work done. The service was excellent."

"Cafe nero never disappoints! This cafe has the nicest staff you'll ever meet. It has indoor and outdoor seating. The ambiance and decor inside are very work friendly. I tried many of their iced coffee drinks and they were all great! They have a wide range of sandwiches and pastries as well"
