Dunkin'

"The nastiest coffee I’ve ever tasted in my 23 years alive. Idk if my tastebuds are used to rich puertorican coffee but honestly my day was so ruined I don’t think I’ll ever visit a Dunkin again."

"Was attended by a female with a freckle face At the drive-through Yesterday 11/20/23 In the morning, Ordered my coffee at the window I decided I would like a couple packets of Stevia and some extra creamer at the window and I was delivered with the worst attitude I’ve ever been delivered at a Dunkin’s before. She was very rude, and it was a alot of extra effort for her to turn around and get some Stevia packets and a couple creamers out of the bin next to her. She belongs in the back working or in the warehouse, Not serving customers upfront! I do not recommend this place and I will not return."

"Ordered a cold foam cold brew, 2 caramel swirl 1 mocha and whole milk. They gave me regular iced coffee with whipped cream and definitely more than 1 pump of mocha. I've worked at a Dunks for several years before my current career. It's not that complicated."

"Not only are they rude & unprofessional at this Dunkins, but they are dirty. This place was recently renovated and the employees are nasty from the start. If you walk in no one will even acknowledge you because they are more worried about the drive thru. But at the drive thru you are greeted by either someone that speaks so low I can't even hear her (sounds depressed early in the morning) or someone with phrases like "you can pull up." That's unprofessional... But today was the last straw. I was served a bug in my iced latte and a stale bagel I could barely bite into. I am there before 7am every morning. There is no reason the food should not be fresh at 6:30 on a Monday. I didn't even notice because it was behind the sticker but I'm thoroughly disgusted with them."

"Horrible, I pulled in to the drive thru to order a quick breakfast for my kids & myself. I ordered 6 egg and cheese wraps, 2 sausage egg and cheese on a croissant & a ice coffee. As I’m ordering the wraps she consistently kept asking me is that all. I tell her no and kept ordering she laughed as if I annoyed her with my order. I left it at that , & I pull up to get my coffee (the coffee is trash!!!!) then I go to the second window to grab our food. They never made my croissant they only made one when I ordered two. The croissant was burnt & sloppy & The wrap was sloppy made also .. every trip I take to this dunks I try to give them the Benefit of doubt & every time they’re horrible. Only reason I go here is because it’s right around the corner from my kids school. They need to rehire or just close it down at this point !!!! Waste of money !!!"
