"Shoutout to the young girl working today who was learning to use the register! She did a wonderful job being kind/gracious and not reacting to some very disrespectful and impatient customers…some who were girls her age. It speaks a lot to someone’s character when they are able to remain patient and composed in this scenario. It is so tough being a young woman in the service industry and she was killing it!"

"Let me start by saying that this location used to be great. I’m a night nurse and will occasionally grab coffee here on the way in. It’s now impossible to get anything here in under 40 minutes. I place my orders 15 min ahead typically and have had to wait an additional 25 minutes on arrival just to get a coffee that’s made incorrectly. I usually don’t write reviews but I had to leave today without the majority of my order because I would’ve been late to work. This will be my last visit to this location - would rather drive the extra 10 min to the putterham location."

I think the staff is not very experienced, so I hope it becomes quicker with time.
