"Very confusing to tell when your coffee drink is ready. Don’t expect Starbucks-like service where they put your drink down on the pickup counter and politely call out your name and drink order (though Dunkin does this for food items)."

"I am writing this review after only 1 visit to this Dunkin. But I can confirm that this location had the freshest Dunkin hashbrowns I’ve had in recent memory. If you go to Dunkin often, you know the difference between the typical stale/freezer burned hashbrowns and fresh hashbrowns. The iced coffee I got is just right too, it isn’t watered down at all. 5/5, my new favorite Dunkin’ Donuts."

"offered free coffee with purchase today I got charged for both ,staff would not help me or give main office number???I got nowhere with them after twenty minutes I left empty handed, now I'll go somewhere else after going there for ten years. beware, false advertising here???? and I'm not done......"

"Today I went to the Dunkin Donuts at this location around 5pm 8/7/22 the guy at the register was super rude, I approached and he was on his phone on my face for like 2 minutes and his beats headphones on, he looked at me and didn’t even talk to me, he took my order wrong, never looked at me at all. He obviously didn’t want to be there!"

"Stopped in to grab a frozen Cocoa for my teen. It has become my go to incentive. Good thing we are just visiting the Boston area, if we lived any closer she would want one every day!!! I got the coconut pomegranate drink. I wish there was a bit more drink than ice, but I guess that was because it tasted so good!!!"
