"The staff at this particular Starbucks are fantastic. I'm a pretty regular customer and they have my coffee memorized as well as my daughter's order. They know exactly how I like my coffee which I'm very picky about and they always make it just the way I like it. They are so good to my daughter, and they take very good care of me. Lindsey Alexis Kelly and David are the best! I cannot say enough good things about the staff here. The Starbucks inside of Target in Haverhill though is an entirely different story. Awful customer service. The worst coffee and if you ask them to fix it they roll their eyes and proceed to make it wrong for a second time."
"I did online order. Took me 15 min to get to store. Upon arrival order wasn’t ready so I asked for it and was handed my coffee. After not receiving food items within a few min I decided to go back to car and wait w/ my dog. Waited at least 5 MORE min (10 total @ store) before going back in to still not have rest of my order waiting for me. Finally i said “can I pls have the rest of my order” and the one of the 2 girls actually working went and heated up my 2 croissants and got cake pop. Lmao. Smh... The croissants weren’t heated entirely. I asked to heat it more and a new girl (who was too busy socializing to help before this point) took my croissants back w a HUGE attitude and told me to put on my order to heat it up extra, next time. My croissants were heated for 15 sec, IF that, originally….. I’ve never seen them heat anything so fast, and this girl was trying to act like that’s how long it’s supposed to heat for. The chocolate wasn’t even fully melted lol. In Conclusion Prepare to be met w huge attitudes from the entitled tweens working there who r more worried about gossiping and socials than prepping your orders lol. First and last time I’ll be to this location."
"Took me almost 20 minutes to get thru the drive-thru. I ordered my latte on the app. And it was done in 10 mins. But it was ice cold by the time i got it. Pretty bumed, considering it's a $6 coffee."

It's such a pleasure to walk into a place where the staff greets you with a warm smile and knows exactly what you need. Whether it's a hectic morning or a stressful day, their exceptional service never fails to brighten my mood. As soon as I step through the doors, I'm greeted by familiar faces who go above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They remember my usual order - a steaming cup of caramel latte with a side of their delectable chocolate brownie. It's as if they have a sixth sense and can anticipate my cravings even before I express them. Not only do they have my drink and brownie ready, but they also take the time to engage in friendly conversation -mostly when I need to pick up multiple drinks and I need to figure out how to carry them-, making me feel like a valued customer. Their genuine interest in my day and their ability to create a warm, inviting atmosphere sets this place apart from any other coffee shop I've been to. Their attention to detail is remarkable. They remember my preferred level of sweetness, the exact temperature I prefer my latte, and even the way I like my brownie warmed. It's these small gestures that make me feel like they truly care about providing an exceptional"
