"I will never go back to this mechanic! He damaged my oil pan beyond repair during an oil change (stripping the bolt and hammering it in an effort to remove it), which then cost me over $500 in parts and labor to be replaced by a reputable mechanic, who discovered the damage on my next oil change. I went in to G & S to talk to the owner about the situation and he told me there was nothing her could do because I had no proof he was responsible. I have had no work done on the car since the last oil change and I've never had any work done on the oil pan. It is very clear this happened when he did the previous oil change."
