"Waited in line for 20+ min just for some lady to cut in line on other side of drive through bumper to bumper with the man in front of us, friend and I argued with her. Workers came out and said nothing to the lady and didn’t make her move her car. After yelling at us in the car they let her continue to cut and order anyways. Staff used to always be nice and understanding but today they payed no knowledge and only complained about their ears. Terrible service and no want to actually help customers. Globe street needs to fix their dunkin drive through bc regardless of today you have cars waiting on both sides when there’s one entrance for the drive through. Ridiculous."

"It’s just the slowest dunkin ever they have the best coffee but it doesn’t matter if you go in or through the drive thru you will be waiting 20 minutes"

"This honestly blows my mind, I ask for a refresher and a wake up wrap. As soon as I said wake up wrap the girl said I can do food we are short staffed. So i understand the feeling because I use to work here and I mean I would be me and 1 person and we would still have to take food orders anyways. I go to the window there all talking, there is about 3 staff members near the drive-tru and one outside smoking a cigarette. Honestly this really displeases me. B that’s not short staff that’s lazy."

"Maybe a year a ago I would have rated this location a lot higher, but the service here has gone so far downhill, that I refuse to go to this location anymore, even though they are literally a 3 minute walk from my house. They hardly ever get your order right, and it always seems that they are low or out of everything you want. Not to mention, sometimes you could stand there at the counter for 10-15 minutes before anyone even acknowledges you. Their drive through percentage is ALWAYS in the red in 20-30% range, which is terrible, considering I've worked at dunkin in the past and we always strived for above 98%! Now they have a new group of people Loitering outside the front doors, sitting in lawn chairs so close you have to walk around to the opposite side. I mentioned this to the employees several times and been told the manager is aware of the issue and they can't do anything about it, because it's public property, which is not true! PLEASEEE SOMEONE HELP THIS LOCATION, IT IS IN DIRE NEED!"
