"My favorite DD! Morning staff are right on the ball. My coffees always made perfectly (in the morning) at night... it's hit or miss. Usually young kids working at night, sometimes they're good & friendly and other nights it's a hang out. Like tonight where it was messy inside, trash on the floor while workers toss around a paper airplane. Oook. Coffee is usually always pretty good here. Even in the morning, sometimes they're super friendly. Other times, they're blahh but ultimately this location is the best one in the city to go to for quick service & consistency."

"Constantly and when I say constantly, Im constantly getting regular iced coffee instead of cold brew. I can’t keep throwing money Away and wasting my time, so I will no longer be going location because this has been happening for a year now."

"This Dunkin is super clean and efficient I go to others near my home and order the same sandwich with no egg and I always get one or two slices of bacon for in between 5 or 6 dollars BUT THIS DUNKIN MADE IT A SANDWICH!!! Toasty and delicious and the young lady working drive-thru this afternoon was so nice and friendly I will be returning whenever I am in the area! Best Dunkin ever!!!"

"Normally I have no issues and I go to this Dunkin quite frequently. The customer service here has been very off lately though. One young, blonde girl who works the drive-thru window (I believe the employee name on the receipt was Hailey) won't even speak to you. Not a "Hey how are you?" Not a "Thank you have a nice day!" Not even to ask if you want a receipt she just throws it out! Just an awkward and uncomfortable situation. I get people have bad days but this has happened on my past 2 or 3 visits. Its very uncomfortable and unwelcoming, I work in customer service so I get it but at least a smile would be nice!"
