"I purchased a drink with no whip cream. When I told employee about the mistake she snatch the cup out of my hand I ask to speak to a Manger .she reply Manger not here . All of sudden the Manger come to window I explained my situation to her guess what Manger was no help poor customer service, rude"

"Worst Starbucks store I've been to! They barely make the drinks right. Sometimes I asked to remake it, most of the time I just ignored it because they'd take another 5-10 mins just to remake my drink. Their customer service is terrible! They'd ignore you standing there for minutes while you're trying to grab someone for something. They'd just walk back and forth pretending like they don't see you at all, until you have to shout out, they'd treat you with an attitude and you'd never hear them apologize for making your coffee incorrectly. Too bad I still have to visit them everyday before work because of the location convenience. But I figured someone should know about it!"

"Literally the slowest starbucks i’ve ever been to, it is insane. I pass it everyday on my way to work, i stopped going there and go to the one in norwood on the opposite side of the way i’m going because they are so slow. Also they close at 2pm?? I also NEVER leave reviews but this is so bad I couldn’t let it slide"
