"Put it an order online so I could skip the wait. It did me no good. Still ended up waiting 13 minute for a drink. When you ask if your drink is ready the baristas huff and puff and give attitude saying they have a bunch of food and drinks to make. Understandable. This isn’t the baristas fault, this is the owners fault. They are extremely understaffed. Hire more employees or your business will suffer from it. People can’t afford to be late for work because they’re waiting 15 minutes for a drink in the morning. I managed a Panera for 6 years and our ticket times needed to be under five minutes because the owners understood people need to get where they are going. some people only have a certain amount of time for breakfast and lunch breaks at work"

"0/5 quality control You can get 2 oz of a drink in a 16oz (grande cup) … you will taste a different pumpkin spice latte every time you order .. are they re-inventing it??? 0/5 customer service No “Hi” .. No “Bye” … no answers no one to complain to .. when you find someone they repeat the mistake you complained about … Need urgent attention before they permanently close"

"New Stabucks was built not far from the old one. It is pleasant and spaceous inside, there is an outdoor sitting area, tons of parking, a convenient location. The staff was nice. We ordered Pistacchio frappuchino and vanilla bean frappuchino, regular coffee, chicken sandwiches. In my opinion Starbucks is in general overpriced, but I don't mind to stop for a quick bite once in a while. Will visit this location again."
