"Terrible business ruining the NAPA brand. Do not shop at the acushnet store they sold me 4 faulty struts and the nuts didn't even bolt in due to mismatched threads... only the oem toyota ones fit. Didn't honor their return policy as I had 2 sealed items and the other 2 were damaged due to a manufacturing error. Oh well reported this to corporate offices as this is an independent napa and will be reporting this to the AG office as long as the Better Business Bureau"

"Just be aware that if you buy a battery from them and pay the "refundable" core fee, the refund is contingent on having your receipt, even if the battery is more than 7 years old! Without the receipt, they'll give you $5, pocket the rest and send you on your way. So glad I got the replacement battery at a store with a more reasonable policy."
