"Adel & team went above and beyond to ensure we had a beautiful bridal shower at the Vintage Tea & Cake (Lexington). We had a group of 14 people, and they worked with us to ensure we had ample space to celebrate comfortably. They were smart to recommend that we use the Lexington location (instead of Belmont), as the Lexington location is a bit larger and therefore great for a larger group. The ambiance was amazing—the whole place was absolutely beautiful and cozy, from the building exterior, the dining space, the glassware, and even the bathrooms. The food & tea was great; we also enjoyed the Prosecco and sparkling rose! They had a vegetarian menu which we appreciated. The service was attentive and well-timed. Would absolutely go back, and definitely recommend this venue for a bridal (or baby) shower!"

"Went with my children (ages 15 and 9) as a treat for my daughter's birthday. The ambiance was beautiful - quirky and quaint, with lace tablecloths and mismatched china. We were seated promptly at 11am, but after that service was fairly slow. It took a while for the food to come out, and the server maybe checked on us once during our 1.5 hours there. The tea menu was impressively extensive, and the food was tasty, but it not outstandingly memorable, and the quantities were quite small for the price point. (My 15-year-old came home and made another lunch!) It took a looooong time to get our check. . . Felt almost invisible as the staff walked by and didn't make eye contact, and eventually we resorted to not-so-subtle cues like standing to put on our coats and putting the credit card on the table to signal that we were ready to go! All in all, a enjoyable and cute experience. Go when you have a lot of leisure, expect more of a snack than a meal, and make sure to put the full two hours on your parking meter. :)"

"It's really cute in here! I loved the different plates, cups, teapots, and everything on each table. Every one is unique and beautiful. Our server was so nice, a sweet girl with blond hair and green earrings - she was taking orders and delivering just about everything, so she was very busy! We came for a double date with our friends and two of us got to try their new lunch menu which comes with the quiche of the day, two soup options, and then scones or cake, and tea of course! The quiches and soups looked really good and were said to taste good too. Maybe I'll try that option next time! The other two of us got the tower of sandwiches and goodies. Everything was delicious. Smoked salmon sandwiches were a table favorite. The tea list was very surprising - lots of unique choices for every palate. We all got something different and everyone was very happy with their choices. I would recommend people to remove the pouch with your tea in it after a few minutes (unless you got an herbal tea) otherwise things can get bitter. Can't wait to come back :)"

"This was my first time here and what a gem of a find!! For a very reasonable price (relative to other tea rooms in the MA), you get plenty of treats and a big pot of tea! (They give refills of hot water too.) Incredible. Also the staff and ambience were super cute!! Looking forward to coming back here again and again."
