"Stopped in this location after dropping my kids off at their new school & all I can say is "Wow!" I've never been in a Dunkin where the employees are so friendly & kind to the customers. They actually seem like they enjoy their job. I liked my first experience there so much that I stopped in there again & will continue to do so when I'm in the area. Good customer service is hard to come by these days so I always appreciate it. The young African-American gentleman working there deserves recognition & a raise!"

"Doing bad example in front of kids: We ordered the donuts, and went to the restroom. There was only one left and everybody saw it. No one is in front of us. When we got out, they said nothing left, without any explanation. I saw the guy gave something to a random other person after us. My guess is that they gave the donut to someone not ordering stuff. They are definitely doing and hiding something. They pretend that they didn’t know what happen. I don’t like to do this, but yes this is what they did. I don’ t care about the donut, but the pretending attitude is what makes me feel disgusting. In front of kids."
