"The Starbucks used to be amazing and was always my go to. I have been going to this particular Starbucks for over 10 years. The quality has dropped significantly in the past 2 to 3 years. It’s 50-50 whether your drink will come out right. And to pay this kind of money for these drinks, and have them be ruined, is really poor service. Simple things like sugar or flavoring asked for isn’t put in the drink, or you buy a Venti and it’s half full. The quality is all over the place and is very, very unreliable. I wouldn’t recommend going to this one any longer and it’s really a shame because for many years it was a great Starbucks in a great location. I realize that complaining about a specialty coffee is a very first world problem. I get that. But when you spend hard earned money on it, it gets frustrating when the quality is so consistently compromised."

"While on our way to Salem we decided to take a Java Chip Frappuccino. This is our favorite drink and we have tried this at several locations and were never disappointed. There is always one time and probably this was at this store. For the first time I hated it to a point that we decided to throw it since it was way too bitter for us to drink. I am sure there is a standardized way to make these drinks at all the Starbuck locations but somehow these folks decided to diverge from the recipe to deliver a disaster.
