"I bought a roof rack from them for my old Honda and called back to get a conversion kit from Keith. He told me to call back because he was busy and when I did call back, I mistakenly told him the wrong information and then corrected it with him. I had not been on the phone for more than 5 min at that time. He told to call the manufacturer directly because he did not have time to deal with me. I politely told him that I had done that at other places, and I apologize for giving him the wrong information, but I would appreciate if he could help me and have them ordered today. I had already spent over 500$ with him and would like to order something else and as a customer I would like to have help. He proceeded to tell me that he did not have time to deal with me and hung up on me. This is unacceptable behavior and not someone that I or anyone should have to deal with. I would avoid this place if you wanted to get some help and not feel like your inconvenience someone. I have never been talked to like that before in my life and been hung up on when I was giving someone business!!! I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!"
