"After searching around for different makes, models, dealers, years... I have to say I'm thoroughly impressed with Tony @ Balise Honda of North Attleboro. Most representatives are deceitful, dishonest (like Grieco Honda in RI. Go see my review of them... they don't deserve your business)... but Tony was stand up. A man of integrity and class... I had to circle back and drive all the way from over an hour away to meet him. I would gladly again. He was up front, honest, and did business quickly and thoroughly. If you're going to vehicle shop... don't waste your time elsewhere. Not even Herb Chambers. I strongly advise and recommend seeing Tony at Balise Honda in RI. Cheers"

"Great experience. Kevin saw my Dad and I walking around the lot and offered to help. He was very patient as I tried to decide between a hybrid v all gas accord. Anastasiya was great walking me through the loan and what warranty options were there. Including if I did only purchase one of the 3 warranties what would be the best value add. None of the typical car salesman feel that I have felt before."

"Was searching for a new Civic. Found Balise had two that I might be interested in. I did my due diligence and looked on other dealer sites for the same package, and called all of them for a price (nobody wants to put what they are charging online anymore.) Every other dealer in the Metrowest area of Massachusetts was added between $2500-$3500 in dealer mark ups over MSRP. Balise was not. We went down and met with Rico, who was very helpful. I made it clear if they didn't play games, I would buy the car. When we test drove it I took a photo of the sticker price, and the "dealer add ons". The only one listed was the locking lug nuts for $100, no big deal. When they came out with the sales agreement there was another $1000 added for "paint protection". I asked if it was already on the car, and was told no, they do it before they deliver it. I told them I didn't want it. This did cause some delay as they tried to tell me that it was part of the price. Thankfully I did not have to explain Massachusetts CRM 3.13.1 which clearly states the cost of the product must be affixed to the item (the paint thing was not on there). We eventually settled that, and were able to purchase the vehicle at MSRP (plus the locking lug thing), without any further problems. Which in today's market is actually pretty good. The days of going to a show room and seeing the MSRP and thinking that is the starting point, and you will get down from there are likely gone for a while. Especially when it comes to vehicles which are in demand. Overall we were happy. No car buying experience is ever without some degree of anxiety, but this was minimal, and I would recommend buyers to Balise in North Attleboro. Just make sure you are an informed consumer, call around, ask about mark ups and add ons. It will save you from driving all over the place only to be disappointed. My only general gripe is more industry related. "Documentation Fees". Hundreds of dollars to sit with the finance person for 10 minutes while you sign everything on an iPad. These have become outrageous over the years, and the worst part is they are taxable. So you get hit with the fee, and in Mass add 6.25% for the tax on that too. The fee made a little more sense when the dealer had to send a runner to the Registry, or your insurance company to get plates and documentation, but now most dealers can do all the RMV stuff themselves, and have plates on hand to put on the car. Insurance stamps just get emailed. I realize it is super easy profit, but it has gotten way out of hand everywhere. This isn't a dig on Balise, because all dealers do it, I just wish that the number actually reflected some actual degree of work that was done, and not just charged so high because everyone else does. Go see Rico. Know what you want, be informed, and enjoy your new ride."

"I had a great experience there test driving the new Honda Accord Hybrid. I bought a 2022 Civic Si from Honda Weymouth, and I ended up paying a markup of $3k. Honda of Balise is not charging markups! The only markup they had was for a Type R, and it was only $3k as well! I was in a for service appointment for my Si, and since I was waiting, I asked a car salesman that I wanted to test drive the new accord. Without any questions, he was so nice and immediately helped me out. He didn't force me with anything, unlike many other car salesmen. His name was Gerry Etienne and he was so professional! Would highly recommend you to go to him for your car needs. The manager also came out to me in case in the future I wanted to trade or buy with them."
