"Pay good money for coffee at Starbucks so expectations are you would get a good cup of coffee right? Well, guess not, I just got the worst iced cinnamon Dolce latte that I ever gotten from Starbucks. The barista hardly put any milk, even though the online order was with milk. I got a venti with whipped cream and turned out he gave me the small short straw after I pulled out of the parking lot realized it disappeared in the cup so I couldn't drink it!! I actually went back and when I asked for a larger straw and showed him, he just said sorry we don't have any. How am I supposed to drink this? I asked another employee who was nice enough to open the cabinet and there they were tons of tall straws. worst cup of coffee, a waste of money and barista definitely needs more training!!"

"Yesterday I had a very bad experience for the first time at Starbucks, I have been to Starbucks all over the world and never had this negative experience, for the first time I waited for 15 minutes for a Java chip Frappuccino and not only that, the girl who was training washed all the utensils before handing me my Frappuccino. At the end of it all she handed me my glass all dirty. This happened on 05/08/23 at 6:50 pm. I will never go back to this Starbucks store ."
