"PLEASE share with your employees the concept of COMMON SENSE!!! I absolutely love the new Apple croissant. I went into this location and ordered a few drink and wanted two croissants AS IS. The team member said she was sorry but policy is that they must be heated. Sooooo, I’m dishing out 4.25 for a tasty but tiny muffin, plus the expense of the drinks and I, the paying customer am told I cannot get them unheated!!!! I asked to speak to the manager who never spoke to me directly but flew by with a look that could kill! Anyway the girl said she asked the manager and it’s Starbucks policy that items must be heated. The lady in back of me couldn’t even believe how stupid this is!!!! Every other store has no problem, but this manager was not intelligent enough to think on her feet!!! God, Starbucks is good, but alot of the people you hire are not trained in customer service."
