"I do my own work and have not had great experiences with other Toyota dealerships (general rudeness/lying about doing service). So far with the Lexington parts center I've had good luck. The "center" is kind of tucked around back and is very easy to miss. Once you're in there you usually have to ring a bell to get someone to help and it may take a couple of minutes so don't be surprised if you need to wait. They don't have many parts in stock aside from general items like oil filters, gaskets, etc. so don't be surprised if they need to order it in. Have had any interactions with the techs or sales staff but the parts center has been fairly good. Definitely call ahead if you're trying to get something the same day."
