"Called today for an issue with our 3 month old Bronco bought here. The screen goes out and cannot use navigation or anything related to the screen. Was told they are all booked until middle of March. Tasca and Ford has lost all my business after 3 vehicles were bought from there. Totally unacceptable"
"Went in and was able to see the vehicle and take it home that day! Second vehicle personally bought through Don at Tasca! He’s great to work with and always answers our questions and finds the right car for us!"
"The service department is unprofessional and chaotic. Amanda the service advisor is unprofessional and confrontational. Ed the service manager has no control over his department. Tasca management has no control of their business. The sales department is fantastic but service has continued to be awful for years."
"I bought my truck from Tasca in Woonsocket in 2019 and have had Tasca service it regularly ever since which has consisted of oil changes. I work in Cranston on Saturdays and find it more convenient to have the dealership on Pontiac Ave provide service for ease and time savings. My breaks started grinding a month ago and I scheduled service. The woman who scheduled it stated, “we will preform a complete brake assessment.” When I dropped off my vehicle at 7:10am for my appointment, I was asked by the service Advisor, “What is my service for”? I stated it was brakes which I was then asked, what was the issue, I explained that my breaks have been grinding for a month. I was then asked if it was the front or rear. I found this confusing because of what I was told when I booked the appointment and when I told the Advisor that I think it’s the rear he said, “you don’t know for sure.” He was Curt and frankly made me feel like I was bothering him by bringing my truck in for this work. He stated he will let me know what they find. I then said I will be waiting for the truck in the waiting room. Two hours passed and although I saw this service advisor numerous times in waiting room telling customers there vehicle was done, he Never told me what the status was with my breaks. At 9:30am I received a call from the advisor stated, I needed rear breaks which at that time I inquired why it took so long to inform me and mentioned again I am in the waiting room. He told me, “we got tied up with a problem vehicle.” I reminded Stephen I have been in the waiting room for 2.5 hours now and need my truck asap. He responded, “I will go whip my mechanic to get it done.” Around 11pm after again seeing the service advisor numerous times come in the waiting room to get people checked out and NEVER giving me an updated on my vehicle, I felt I needed to discuss with the Service Manger and asked the receptionist if she could tell him I needed to talk to him. This is when my experience got worse; the receptionist seemed confused by my request and looked at me like she didn’t understand my request even after I stated, I want to see him because I have been here for 4.5 hours now. She went in the Mangers office which apparently is behind her desk, came out and said, “he is in a zoom meeting and you can inquire about your vehicle with the Service advisor. I then went and asked the service advisor at 11:45am what the status of my truck is which he looked in the garage and stated, “he is putting the tires on now, shouldn’t be much longer.” At 12:40pm I was told my truck was done. I inquired why it took so long to change rear pads, rotors and oil change. He said, “the mechanic who worked on my truck is slow but thorough and dose nice work which is what you want when doing breaks.” The bill was almost $800 which like the time it took to preform the work…excessive. The entire experience was disappointing and an indication that my time and happiness didn’t mean anything to all who were responsible for this repair. I was particularly disappointed with the Service Manger not talking to me at any point during my time there after I asked to speak to him. He had numerous people in and out of his office, laughing and joking and clearly wasn’t on a zoom call the three hours AFTER I asked to see him."
"Always happy with Tasca! Their staff remembers us from lease to lease. We are on our 4th lease now. They work to find the right vehicle for you and make you comfortable in the process. Service is easy and thorough. The renovated space is amazing. Great coffee, snacks, comfortable space inside and out. Overall, it’s a great dealership."
