"Come on it was McDonald's you know the food but it is a good thing about it is you can grab something to eat when you stop and grab something to drink when you're stopping you can park there and relax put your TV on phone watch the news eat your McDonald's and get some relaxation in believe me I do it all the time it's great"

"Incredibly clean bathrooms, brand new interior. I came here for breakfast. I was impressed to see they now offer table service, although I didn't opt for that on this particular visit. My order was made quickly and exactly as requested. I was greeted warmly by a crew member both when I arrived and when I approached the counter to order. I'll definitely be back soon!"

"I was attending my grandsons baseball game. I live in NC and was in NY to visit. This was important to me because I never get to see him play. He was playing two games this day. I ordered from the app so I could get there between games. I sent my parking number when I got there and had to wait anyway. Got my food and rushed back. Started handing out food and realized I was missing half of my order. I called and the manager said she was sorry and they had a lot of new people. She told me to come back and she’d have it ready, also that my order would be free. I went back and went inside as she requested. Another manager was there and she said she had the information and they would get it ready. It was supposed to already be ready!! After waiting about 10 more minutes I got the rest of my order. I asked her if my order would be free like the other manager said and she said ‘probably not’!! I told her about missing the game and she just stood there looking at me. I told her that was not right and left. By the time I got back I had missed 3 of the 5 innings of my grandson’s game!! As I was eating my Crispy Chicken sandwich I noticed some hard pieces. When I looked down at my sandwich there was a large black spot in my chicken!! This was disgusting and I couldn’t eat anymore!! I’ll NEVER go back there again! Not only did I miss the game it costs a lot of money for gas!!"
