The man had money but obviously was proving his point as well. Your cashier was intelligent enough to count and calculate the man was 4 cents short, but doesn't understand that she's losing more business and a potential chargeback over 4 cents????? JC. Pay people $1.00 more an hour and watch what a slightly higher IQ gets your franchise per hour never mind $2 or $3 more an hour ...."
"Stood there waiting at the register for someone to notice me for about 10-15 minutes. When somebody finally did, it was a teenage girl with really poor customer service skills. It was like she was mad she actually she had to do her job instead of pretending like I wasn’t there. I’m not expecting there to be all smiles just some basic politeness would be nice. They also burnt my food. That was today, but a week ago when I went there it was somebody else working and they were way better."
