"I went for an INTERIOR DELUXE P3 because I spilled coffee on the passenger seat. I expect at least to get the coffee washed out off the carpet. I checked with the paper napkin. There is still a lot of coffee left on the carpet, and my carpet did not get clean at all. The technician rushed me to pay via Zelle, saying that the shop would be closing soon, which is very odd. I refused it and went to the shop and paid by card. The item listed was a custom Item instead of the INTERIOR DELUXE P3 I requested. There was no mention that the exterior did not get clean at all. I am very disappointed and not sure how this business operates."

"I went here for a detail before a trip to a car show and I thought they did a decent job. Came back for a simple wash and I’m convinced they used some abrasive brush to clean my car… It’s COVERED in clear coat marks and I’ll likely need some degree of paint correction to fix it. To make matters worse they were 20m late to the appointment I scheduled online so I almost missed my haircut appointment. Avoid this place."

"Had an incident at work that resulted in the back seat of my car being contaminated with fecal matter. I was able to get an appointment for 10:30 the next day but ended up getting off work early and brought it over the day of just in case they could take it in. Everyone there was incredibly nice and understanding of my predicament despite the short notice. I told them to give me the works and left it over night. After returning the next morning, I found my car absolutely shining and smelling amazing despite the arguable war crime that had happened the day before. They really saved me and even gave me a discount. The price was absolutely fantastic for the job I got and I'm planning to come back once a year for winter detailing as well as snagging a quote for a wrap job. Thanks a ton, guys!
