"They gave me this bagel through the drive thru. What is this?? For almost 4 dollars this isn’t worth it at all. Don’t even know if it’s cooked right. I go here when I have to and their eggs are always old as well."

"Remodeling a store won’t bring customers in when employees are goofing around messing up orders. Screaming and laughing loudly on the intercom in drive thru. Then when needing to correct the order no longer has the supply to make the correct order. Running out of supply at 2pm when they close at 8pm. Was hoping the remodel would bring better service but joke was on me. I’ll continue to take my business elsewhere."

"If you look at my other Dunkin Donuts review, this place is the opposite of that. Constantly mess up orders, constantly ask you your order again, carelessly throw food around, don't wrap it correctly, pile it on top of other food to save time etc.. The management here must be horrendous. If you ordered a untoasted bagel, they would most likely burn it."

"Ever since the remodel this place looks amazing! The staff are so sweet and so understanding when I asked them for something I was missing for my order, they apologized profusely and provided amazing nice customer service and I always appreciate that. Good job crew!"

"Stopped by this morning and it was a awful experience. First, when I was trying to order the staff were talking and laughing so loud over the intercom I couldn't hear anything and they couldn't hear me. When I got to the window I redeemed an offer on my app for a $3 latte. The employee that rang me out said "that just gave you points, it doesn't change the price of the coffee". I let her know the offer clearly states that the latte was $3 and she argued back saying it didn't work and there was nothing she could do. I ended up paying nearly $6 for a poorly made coffee. Overpaying for a coffee and throwing most of it away was a better option than dealing with apathetic employees that can't be bothered treat customers the same way they would want to be treated."
