"Brought My Mercedes Benz S550,(which I purchased at Alpha Cars one year ago!) for a routine oil change. Jacob greeted me on time, checked me in, and told me I could wait in one of several comfortable customer waiting areas. As they were checking oil ,fluids, etc. the tech noticed a very small leak in a cooling hose, which required my car to be left overnight, for driving safety reasons, as they awaited the arrival of part the next morning. They were kind enough to give me a ride home. My car was ready by noon the following day, as promised. I was concerned about a message that kept popping up on the car's message center, later that evening, and the following morning called Jacob who told me to bring car back to them . They meticulously rectified the minor issue, and I was on my way! My point with this lengthy review, is that these folks are THE BEST! Jacob was extremely polite, professional, ....a top drawer service manager!! Everyone in this service department has been extraordinarily professional, polite and friendly! These folks take the time, and they really know their business!! You will never be sorry you came to Alpha Cars! :)"

"I recently bought a 2003 jaguar s type and started looking for a jaguar specialist to work on my car and came across alphacars. Im glad i did! I brought it in to get everything looked over and they thoroughly went through my car and came back with all the work that would be needed to fix everything. I wanted my jag to be perfect! Jacob is the service manager i believe and he is awesome to deal with. Great communication and he'll send you email updates too which is nice. Id trust any mechanic working here especially if you have any higher end luxury cars you need serviced. The place is wicked cool too! They have a showroom you can walk around and see vintage cars and newer ones all unique! Awesome place to check out and the work is amazing and they're quick. You can even get a rental for cheap from them through enterprise."

"I needed to have the intake valves cleaned on my 2016 BMW 228i, which has direct fuel injection requiring an exotic walnut-shell media blasting process that not every shop can do. The dealer wanted way too much money for the job, and another trusted shop is a long way from home. Checking AlphaCars' website, they offer the exact cleaning process, and when I inquired about price, AlphaCars came in the fairest of all. Well, the level of communication with me from both Dmitry, the owner, and Jacob, the service manager, was the best I have ever experienced by far. The job was also scheduled for just a few days ahead, which neither of the other shops could match. It's impossible to see the work done, because I would have to take off the intake manifold to see it, which is half the job, but I know they did it right, because the performance of the car was noticeably better right out of their parking lot! Fair price, attention to both customer service and quality work, availability, and convenient location away from urban traffic make this my new go-to shop for all my service needs."

"I have been with alpha cars now for over 2 years with my three cars and I have to say it has only been an outstanding experience. All my services were done to my fullest satisfaction fast, in budgeted amount and always staying informed if needed about changes. They accommodate all my wishes including dropping and picking up the car if I need to, or need a quick short notice check up. They maybe aren’t the cheapest in town but they know what they are doing and only recommend services which truly need to be done. I do trust them for sure. I can only recommend them if you want to have a hassle free car experience"
