She took the time to show us everything, explain features and coordinate the delivery of the items. The delivery team was amazing, they gave us the time window of between 10-2 and they showed up promptly at 10! (rare these days) and they were very professional and tidy and also moved one of our heavier refrigerators to the basement and removed the old one. great experience with tri city sales Ipswich.
