Luckily, they turned a negative into a positive as they were able to work with me and the responsible party to get this all sorted out. Once the other party paid in full, OneStop gave me a call and I was able to drop my car off almost immediately. I was able to get it back on the road within days! "Ive used them 3 times first experience was ok. Next time they had my BMW there for almost half a year before it was fixed and they still couldn't line up the door and roof I had to take back a couple times and it still leaks air. This time it was a horrible experience as well. They charged the insurance around $5,000 in storage fees (car was deemed a total loss so they had to do little) insurance refused to pay some and i'm left on the hook for, for a car to sit. The owner refused to work it out with insurance they were both arguing over fees so the difference is passed to me."
