"Very happy with the service. Saturday On my way to work I noticed that I had a nail in the tire. The only place open in the area was Modern Autos & tire and they helped me and made it easy for me to leave my car all day and pick it up even after closing and pay trough the phone. "Got a flat at the local hockey rink. I dropped into Modern to see what could be done. They were extremely helpful, took me in quickly, found the nail in the tire, and plugged it. Mechanic and front desk were both friendly and happy to help."

"Absolutely not! I took my car for a simple inspection and left with it making a weird noise. I went back and they didn’t have time to look at it. I had to go somewhere else and pay to have it looked at. It was not making that sound before inspection. The guy also told me they don’t take the tires off to inspect the car? How did my car pass inspection!! I guess if you want to illegally pass you should go here."

"My recent service at your facility was disappointing! First, I had a 10 a.m. appointment to have a engine light checked. I dropped the car off the night before and never got any word of what the issue was with the engine light until I called at 2:30 p.m., then was put on hold for over ten minutes until the service manager could talk with me. The person came back to the phone to take my number because the service manager was busy with another customer. I never got a call back but a text instead. So I called back and finally talked with service manager who explained the issue with the engine light. Parts were going to be needed and the car would not be ready until the following day, to which I agreed too. The next day when the same way, no call status until I called at 2:00 p.m., the car was going to be ready by 3:00 p.m. So the lack of communication and the fact that the engine light is back on three days after having it serviced at your facility has me questioning if I will ever return. I fully understand businesses being busy as that is what I was told for the communication delays, but that is an excuse. If you want to keep business from a customer...communicate whether by calling or texting it goes a long way! As for the engine light coming back, your facility is the second one I have used and the same problem was the result, so maybe its time to replace a ten year old car?"
