"This is the worst location I have ever gone to. The place is filthy, i typically have to wait 15 minutes for just a medium coffee I ordered on the app. If you decide to do the drive thru you’ll be waiting for 30+ min even though there are only 6 cars or so. The food is off at this location- sausage is dried out, eggs taste weird. Manager is terrible, rude and zonked out half the time. There are other dunks locations close by, avoid this one. I think any positive reviews are from people confusing this location with the other one on Chelmsford st."
"My wife went to Dunkin's this morning and bought a coffee's. We live about 15-20 mins alway and called 8 time on the phone due to missing credit card, not even a single person answered to the phone. All I wanted to ask if anyone found a missing card. The worst answer is just a no. What kind of customer service is that?"
"I ordered an extra large hot coffee Small hot chocolate Med watermelon raspberry Dunkin refresher. Large iced coffee. I got a cold coffee instead of a hot coffee but when I went inside, it was like a zoo. It was very dirty. There was a lot of swearing, and whoever was at the drive-through needs to know that that is very unprofessional for a company that is so big I am absolutely appalled. I was told that upon ordering my small, hot chocolate that you did not carry the hot chocolate powder anymore and that has been going on for weeks after I told him that I ordered it yesterday he changed his story and told me he hasn’t been there for four days so I don’t know if he is deliberately lying to me because he didn’t want to make it or Whatever the case may be, but I felt very disrespected. I want a refund. I was order #9183 7:06 pm Sunday July 30"
"There were very few donuts left in the case, but it was just around lunchtime. The coffee was hot. The manager was busy keeping the food prep area clean, which was nice to see. The drive-thru was very busy, and they were keeping up with it well. The bathroom (ladies room) needed the soap dispenser cleaned up. The floor in the whole restaurant looked in need of a sweeping. The one handicapped accessible parking space is in an incredibly awkward location."
"Horrible, came through the drive thru around 12:30 asked for an ice coffee extra extra, and a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel and there was no cheese on the bagel, and when I went inside the lady whose name was Theresa gave me a rude attitude when I approached about the situation and what had happen, I had the food and sticker from the bagel, but yet still decided to say I was lying and had a problem with the situation. I know it’s hard working fast food, but at least don’t have attitudes with customers who are proudly paying for their food."
