"Original: (5 stars) GongCha never disappoints me. Only downfall at this location is a bit slower than the many other GongCha I’ve been to, but I would not hold that against them. However, staffs are super friendly and nice. Updated: After many visits since it opened, we began to noticed the service still lacks even with tip after every order. Recently it’s been awhile since we had stopped by, decided to week before Christmas, but they were closed… it was around 6-7pm, wasn’t a holiday. No sign. 3 other people behind us also walked away disappointed."

"They got the online orders wrong, giving mediums instead of larges but they allowed us to keep the mediums and made us the correct ones which was an acceptable fix. Delicious and well made Boba Tea!"

"Questionable cleanliness. Had a huge stomach problem with nausea and vomiting after having some of their tea with dairy and boba in it. Will try it a few more times to make sure but definitely got sick after trying it out here"

"Great staffs, amazing drinks, super clean, very spacious with indoor/outdoor seatings and quick service! It's very easy to find parking. I've been to this location twice for their grand opening B1G1 Promotion (pick from their Top 10 drinks). I tried earl grey milk tea with 3J's, passion fruit with green tea, matcha tea latte, pearl milk tea, strawberry latte and Taro milk tea. It's great to be able to choose the ice and sugar level. Highly recommend you to add toppings! They do make perfect tapioca pearl and the texture is perfect. The girl at the cashier was very helpful explaining about the drinks and giving great recommendations. The lady that gave me the drinks was super sweet. I will definitely go back to try more drinks."
