"Waited 4 years for this location to open . The first day they opened I went in and ordered three donuts and a coffee on my lunch break. Three people scurried around to fill the order and one of them asked me three times what I chose for donuts. When I got back to the office I discovered that they shorted me a donut. I think they were nervous about the corporate guy sitting in one of the booths at the front of the store. The donuts were fresh. I think they'll improve on the service part with time."
