"2nd time I'm 2 weeks mobile ordered a sandwich, only to get home and open the package to see a burnt sandwich. How do they not notice it when they wrap it."

"Employees all walked out on 9/16 and left the place deserted. Didn’t even lock up. Dunks should be treating their employees better so things like that don’t happen. Every time we go there it is understaffed."

"The fact that there seems to be a new kid working there in training every week speaks volumes about this place, and every one of them seems uninterested and unhappier than the next, prompting slow orders and visible anger from other customers. I could place an order on the app, take 20 minutes to walk over there and still have to wait an eternity for my drink. I don't even order food, just iced coffee, which from what I can tell is pretty quick to make. It's really not surprising that the place is apparently shut down completely for now. I'll bet their whole management staff just gave up and jumped ship. It's the closest to me in walking distance but honestly, Dunkin should just close it for good and let the town open up a local business instead. They're a multi-billion dollar corporation and plus: it's Massachusetts, there's a Dunkin on every corner, so no loss for them or the community."

"I'm a former employee of this Dunkin's, and I honestly would advise against going to this location. About 75% of the time the general staff can be very lazy, rude, slow, and deeply unorganized. Cleanliness is concerning, and as another reviewer noted (the one that claimed they got food poisoning from a bagel), the food area may not be sanitized and maintained by a professional standard. Many customer complaints (well-justified) came our way, and the staff acted with a superiority complex. There is no passion or concern for customer moral/well-being. I'm not sure how it is at other Dunkin's, but food-health and general customer service wise, I would strongly suggest a different location."

"Great Dunkin' classic. All the service is great and everyone is super nice. The food is exactly what you've come to expect from DD. Everything was clean, lots of places to sit if you need to, nothing bad to say really. The atmosphere and ambience is great and they are always playing music. 10/10"
