"Our cashier woman was really unpleasant. She didn’t know how to speak respectfully to us. She also messed up our order. After fixing her mistake with a bad attitude, she made us feel uncomfortable. Normally, people there are friendly and nice. This one, not at all."

"My last two visits to this location weren’t great. It can be frustrating to order and pay for a drink twice and have the ingredients for it not be available. I wonder if it’s an issue with not marking things out, but I would expect this to be caught before I pay. My main reason for writing this is that I was charged more money than I should’ve been on my latest order. I’m unsure of the barista’s reasons for this, whether it be (hopefully not) on purpose or due to lack of attention. I can only say that it was very frustrating to find this out. In the future, I do plan on avoiding this store and ordering from a different one. I’ve only really ordered from this store in the afternoon, so it might just be an issue with the people working then. I do hope that other customers have better experiences. I find it unfortunate that I’ve been having unpleasant experiences lately since I know that there certainly are some exceptional baristas working there."
