"Can't make a simple extra extra with melted sugar. There is a line on the cup where the ice goes. The machines have numbers on them. But then they use a small hot coffee amount of hot coffee to melt sugar so all the ice melts. Then they insist that's what happens. You don't need a ton of hot coffee to melt the sugar. I make my coffee 3 times a day at my dunks and the ice doesn't melt completely."

"They refuse to do anything to change the way that store is. I finally quit because there is no management. You can't get fired because they are terrified of getting sued or that their dirty secrets will get out and I mean DIRTY the whole place and if you have been the victim of credit card fraud and frequent this store you can be guaranteed it's because they have their server on the same Internet connection as the guest wifi the place is a hackers/ identity thief's oasis and they know it because I have told them repeatedly. I would pay cash or avoid the risk of food borne illness and identity theft all together"
