I told this employee in person how much I enjoy seeing her smile so she knows who she is. Let’s normalize telling employees they are doing a good job instead of focusing on what they’re doing wrong!"

"Usually don’t have an issue with this Duncan’s been coming here for a long time today. The person at the window just seemed out of it. She didn’t have a clue what was going on tried giving me the wrong change. Thank God I was looking at her the whole time, because she seemed off, after returning the money back to her, she called over for help and then asked me to read her my order back because she didn’t know what I got. I told her I got an iced coffee she had me the iced coffee. I also had a sandwich that was not done . Just definitely all over the place today not happy."
