"I wish I could leave a review about the quality of the coffee but I can’t. This is a location inside a target. I went there today at 4 PM. The lights were on, the sign was lit, and the online information says it is open today, closes at eight. There was one employee there, who was just standing there and when I asked for a coffee, she said “sorry we’re closed”. I was shopping for a while, so I watched four or five other people approach and be turned away, looking confused. Occasionally, she would get a sponge and wipe off a counter or restock the sugar. I’m sure it was the easiest money she’s ever made. Truly a bizarre experience. I have to leave one star because the system won’t let me post without leaving at least one"
"Today, my wife and I purchased two lattes at the Framingham Target Starbucks. Pam served us… excellently. She was all alone — taking orders and making all of the drinks and packaging food. She was unflappable, focused, and pleasant. The situation must have been difficult for her… but she did not show it. Please pass along this praise to Pam… and if you are visiting this store today - be sure to provide her with a positive comment!"
