"Parking sucks and it's always busy. Staff is really friendly and welcoming through the chaos. 2 out of 5 times my drink is made incorrectly but I still go back so... Lol"

"I'm only making this post in hopes the management team either reviews or monitors these. The management team strongly needs to better train their staff on situational awareness and multitasking to ensure each order is made correctly. The reason I left a 2 star review is because my order is almost always wrong or missing something every other day. I work in Framingham and this is obviously my only go to Starbucks and it's just really disappointing that the team messes up numerous orders constantly. Now trust me I know Starbucks is an extremely busy chain with hundreds of orders an hour. But it's still no excuse to the staff. Either hire more diligent people or train them to have a more concrete work ethic and focus better at the tasks they are doing. Drinks are made wrong, missing ingredients, missing food items, hot instead of cold; every week!"

"My go to Starbucks on my drive home. Well run, always clean and well spaced. Only thing is sometimes one or two of the people that work near closing time are a little abrupt if you order in that last half hour."

"These guys do a great job. I walked in and ordered a Latte and even though there were plenty of people there (thanksgiving noontime) I was out of there in 10 minutes. The people were very friendly and generous with their smiles. If you're happy with the service, please leave these guys a tip. I'd like to see them stick around for a while. It's not easy to find people that still take pride in their work these days."

"Nice clean Starbucks not crowded, good coffee. Employees are friendly and helpful also well educated they got my name right for the first time in North America :) Definitely will come again."
