"Went in this Sunday evening looking for help with my key fob, I wasn't sure how to open it or what batteries it takes. Dude said he can't open it for me and had no idea about the batteries, he suggested 3 different ones. Then when I asked if he knows of other auto parts stores that could actually help, told me to go to the jewelry store next door. What? He obviously didnt want to be bothered. I said forget it, I drove 1 minute up the road to Auto Zone. The guy was so helpful, he popped it open with the key inside, showed me how to do it so I can change my other one at home, he grabbed the batteries and put one in for me! How nice! Never again will I come to this location, AUTO ZONE IT IS!"

The one almost at Attleboro Had dead battery refused to give a replacement batt, Had receipt battery was only a couple weeks old Says Advanced Auto policy he would HV to charge batt over nite.
