"The employees here are extremely rude and disrespectful towards the customers. One of the many young Spanish lady working there (assistant manager I think) was giving a bad attitude towards one of the customers and yelling crazy things and even said “I don’t have to help you if I don’t want to!” In front of everybody too. So then why work at a customer service job then? Quit your job if you don’t like it! Clearly you can’t handle the job. I went to pickup my online order and I was told one of the parts was out of stock when clearly it wasn’t, another employee found the part. They don’t even put the effort into helping you and just ignores you. Horrible experience at this Roslindale location. My experience here was never pleasant and it just got worst with all these employees working there, clearly they just hire anybody there. Take your business elsewhere and avoid the circus show that goes on at this place."
