"Called to see if they had a part in stock and the guy said they did, I told him to make sure it was the right one before I drove 30 minutes to go pick it up and he said it was, when I got there it was the wrong part so I drove all the way there for nothing when I got there the guy was acting like he had no clue it was the wrong piece and had no idea who I spoke to, terrible customer service don't waiste your time coming here."

"CAP was bought by PepBoys a while ago (2019?) All the knowledgeable staff that likely was being paid a bit more was let go and now they have horrific customer service. Tis a shame, it used to be a great place."
