"Horrible workers. Don't know how to read the receipt so they won't honor the warranty. They don't know how to look up prices for a car battery correctly either."

"Good luck trying to speak to someone over the phone. You're already left on hold for 25+ mins. Then when you show up in the store, the employees have no idea what they're doing. No one knows what part you're talking about. You have to literally type it in the computer for them. Explain in detail like you're talking to a small child that yes, autozone does carry this part... yes this is car has this engine model, etc etc. What is the point of even having attendants there if everyone's knowledge of auto parts stops at led under glow lights and key chains. Just horrible and useless all around. It's extremely frustrating dealing with most auto zone stores, now a days. No one knows anything and the employees are lazy, slow and dismissive."

"8am and still hasn't opened and a few people waiting and left and people driving asking if they open yet and leaving... better off to say 9am at least..."

"This store sees some serious volume and some pretty tough customers. They handle it well and they keep a good environment for their employees and returning customers. They helped me multiple times with batteries and parts. Waiting is never on anyone's list but you can only do so much with the amount of volume on the floor and through the phone and commercial orders as well. These guys are great."
