"Last week I was in a major bind and the part I needed was not available at yalls location. However your two associates, Billy and Georgia, saw that in my great deal of stress I was scribbling all sorts of information about the part number and which stores had it with a pen I borrowed from them and was jotting this all on a ripped up pizza coupon sheet (with all sorts of hard to read notes i scribbled on there). As I was leaving, they stopped me and insisted I take not only the pen with me, but also handed me a sticky note pad so i had a clear slate to use more efficiently on my quest to fix my car. As weird as it sounds, that little act of kindness threw me off and gave me a second to breathe. It not only made my day but they ultimately helped me fix my car that night, even though the part i needed just happened to be out of stock. From now on, I'll always check here first and recommend this location to everyone. Corporate better be treating everyone in this store right. I've had nothing but great experiences from here since I came in on the grand opening (this one experience was just the best and felt needed to be shared)."
