"Placed a mobile order to the wrong location. I wasn’t able to make it to that one before work, so I called and asked if I could come get it during my break. I expected to get a watered down ice coffee but to my surprise the workers had remade it! So pleased with how much they cared. :)"

"Ordered on the go app. Go there 10 min after my order and only my coffee was made. Then they made my sandwich wrong so I asked for just a piece of sausage to fix it. The lady took my whole sandwich and threw it in the trash just to make another one. Needless to say it took 20 min total for them to make a simple sandwich. Not a good look"

"If you want to be ignored or be greeted by staff who are rude, ignore you intentionally while they sit on there phones, get your order wrong 99% of the time then this is the place. Morning staff aren’t nearly as bad as anyone past 2pm. Takes on average 15-20 mins to just get a black coffee (if they don’t forget to make it)"

"This used to be a good store, but lately it's been horrible. On a few trips, I waited more than 10 minutes for two iced coffees as well as other customers all stacked up at the pickup counter. None of the employees seem to care about the people waiting either. When people ask about their orders, the employees get annoyed and are rude. If you get a wrap or sandwich, it's lately just been thrown together and tossed in the bag like they are rushing and don't care. Very disappointing and frustrating."
