"Convinced me to sign up for the Total Tech subscription (which is like $200/year so it ain't cheap) just to tell me I wouldn't be able to pick up my laptop for 3 days. Granted, I could've done my due diligence to see how long reinstalling Windows 11 would take after a factory reset but they also could've had the decency to tell me it would take that long BEFORE signing me up for the program. The dude who helped me also was super snarky about it when I told him I had changed my mind and said I didn't have time to wait that long since I work from home I essentially live on the damn thing. Thankfully I figured it out on my own without them but I still had to go through the hassle of cancelling the subscription after the fact. They're just such a huge headache. If you need service, I'd recommend going anywhere but here."

They had me come back twice, the second time in a snow storm to tell me they couldn't help me with my HP laptop, even though it was still in warranty and HP has BestBuy as an authorized service center, they said i needed to send into HP."

No groceries until you made an appointment for Tuesday at 2 PM. That’s the experience at GeekSquad. No walk in service anymore. They will turn you away because they are still living in Covid mode."
