"I wish you could give 0 stars. I can't believe whirlpool contracts with these people. My actual technician was fine. The people in the office are truly something else. I urgently needed my machine fixed and they never called me to update me on parts, schedule a revisit, etc. I had to call every day just to get some communication and I got conflicting information nearly every time. Then afterwards I needed a receipt. Just a simple receipt that any business would give you, right? First she says "okay I'll send it tomorrow". I never get it. Call again. "okay we will send tomorrow." Never get it. Call again. "We don't have receipts." I'm like.....what? Shes like yeah we don't have receipts. You can get one from your credit card company. I'm like that's not a receipt. Then she's yelling at me, telling ME not to yell (I'm not yelling lady) then they're asking me what day they came out, I'm giving them all the dates, she keeps interrupting me - I have NEVER experienced customer service like this. I'm truly flabbergasted. I have a pretty high rudeness tolerance too. Anyway if you need service from whirlpool god speed."
"Scheduled an appointment through whirlpool, a week in advance. Technician called and left a voicemail confirming the appt and then never showed up. I followed up with a voicemail and never heard back."
"This business does not have the capability to service warranted gas appliances that are under warranty in which there may be a gas leak issue. If refrenced by a major appliance company to service their products, save yourself time and request a new service shop. They do not have the equiptment to test gas leaks because they are a small business. I really did enjoy taking the day off to wait for a scheduled appointment for a phone call 2 hours in my scheduled window to ask me what the issue was. Then to say they cant help. A question that could have been asked during the scheduling of the appointment. Im sure they can sell appliances and install them. And if thats all your looking for then they will be a fine suit for you. Oh, dont buy a figidaire. Worst customer service ever."
"They did not even come to my home and do work to get a bad review. This is the story, GE Cafe dishwasher broke under one year in service. Covered under warranty, issued ticket with GE, they sent the ticket to LAR, I was informed LAR would call me within a day or two. After three days I tried to call them directly, many times. I left messages to please call me, they did not call they will not answer their phone no response for four days. I called GE yesterday and I was informed they agreed to take the ticket. I was so fed up not hearing anything that today I drive to their workshop and I find a lady there to talk to and I ask about my ticket. She informs me they are booked up for three weeks and returned the ticket back to GE. They never called me, never answered the phone, never responded to my voicemail and when I when to their office the lady gave me attitude. While I was their talking the phone rang a few times and she sent them straight to voicemail, not even a pick up and say "can you hold a minute comment" like a professional would do. I lost four days of getting this dishwasher fixed as I had to start all over with GE and open a new ticket all because they first agreed to do the work and then decided not to all the while not telling me anything. Not dependable, do not trust..........."
