"Had a refrigerator delivered to my handicap mother's home and they scratched the door when swapping itvto open the other direction.Then they didn't level it so it shakes from side to side. Also they didn't installbthe freezer door correctly so it sags and is loose and wabbling. When I got home and saw the issues I called them and they said they would be out the next day however they didn't call or show up. I am giving them one more. Hence to corrwct this and I may upgrade their s ore yo a 3 if they fix the issues."
"Bought a fridge... That part was ok. The two yahoos they sent to deliver had to take the the doors off to get it in the house. They then sat in the kitchen, oblivious to the world that there were other people in the house, although they saw the other people in the house.... And then for a half hour mocked me and other customers with regards to why we have to buy such big fridges/why do people buy fridges that don't fit through their doors.... Blah blah blah. I at first believed that they were just venting but after 15 minutes realize they were doing it because they were angry and wanted us to hear. Look I get it it's probably a hard job we tip them anyways but come on have some self-awareness guys"
"Huge shout out to the Sclamo's delivery team. Bought a replacement stackable washer and dryer. When the delivery team showed up to install it they found that the door was 3/4 of an inch to short to get the washer and dryer into the space. They came back the next morning, removed the door frame, installed the unit and put the door back in place. All done with the utmost of courtesy and respect to my wife and my daughter. No way you would get that service from a big box. Awesome experience."
"If I could I would give this place no stars and I will never shop there again. I went there thinking I could save some money instead of Home Depot but I spent more money with my time. First they advertise that if you buy two fridgedaire items you get a rebate but don’t include the fine print that they have to be two different items. Next I buy two gas stoves because I have a 3 family and again I pick them up to save money. I pick them up and carry them upstairs and have a plumber waiting only to find out they are electric stoves. I call and they advise me they can’t deliver until noon two days later. It’s after noon so I call to get an estimated time frame and I’m told between 1-5. I advise I was told noon and the answer is well I don’t know who told you that. No offer to discount the price for my aggravation. No offer to correct this as soon as possible at any time. And instead of taking responsibility for their lack of quality control they blame the manufacturer for the whole thing Never never ever again will I shop there. Buyer beware save yourself some aggravation and go somewhere else!!! Part 2 of my review. I finally received my stoves and I opened the box and one was damaged we tried to call to discuss but the phones weren’t working so we had to drive over. We have a plumber coming in the morning and asked if we could get our stove in the morning we were told the earliest was Friday. So not only is there no quality control at their warehouse but no one took a lesson in customer service. They have 49 stoves in stock but wouldn’t ensure one was delivered to me tomorrow. There’s a reason they have 227 reviews for 1 star."
"The guys here were amazing...Peter Alex Mike and Richard... hope I got all those names right. My sister ordered me a dryer. She ordered the wrong size. They were amazing at helping us. Their first trip they took my old one back Then sent the new one just days later. The new one had to have a new plugs d then was too short but all was fixed perfectly thanks again dawn"
